KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Project Manager by ensuring that all members of the Site Management Team carry out their duties in a diligent and efficient manner and in accordance with the highest professional standards
• Take action when necessary to ensure proper standards of staff conduct and discipline
• Responsible for the technical control and co-ordination of the activities of the professional disciplines
• Co-ordinate the review of the Contractor’s technical submissions, shop drawings and materials submittals
• Inform the Project Manager on all matters affecting site operations
• Co-ordinate the preparation of reports on technical aspects of the works, including the Monthly Report to the Authority
• Make regular site inspections to maintain up to date knowledge of the progress and architectural quality of the works
• Attend meetings as requested by the Project Manager, and when necessary lead these meetings
• Administer and control Site Petty Cash expenses
• Direct the Administration in the keeping of staff attendance records, the preparation of Staff Movement Letters and associated procedures
• Direct the preparation and submittal of the Consultant’s Application for Fee Payment
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Engineering / Construction / Construction Management
• 10 years experience in Engineering or Construction Management
• 3 years experience in highway construction
• Fluent English

BENEFITS
• As a guideline: 8000 – 9000 KWD per month package (Will include Accommodation / Transport)
• Salary package will reflect experience levels and will depend on the candidate’s interview performance
